Induction Designs/Port Work

Intake manifold and cylinder head designs are the majority of our business. Analyzing ports using digitized and modeled CAD surfaces, CFE flow simulation and flow testing allows us to design ports to optimize your application. Porting manifolds and cylinder heads as allowed within the rules of the various sanctioning bodies is our specialty.

Custom Fabricated Manifolds

Custom manifolds with CNC runners for special applications are about 50% of our business. Pro Stock, Competition Eliminator, Super Stock and other unique engines.

CNC Machining

Custom and production five axis, three axis and CNC lathe work is available for cylinder head machining.

Machine Work and Welding

Valve jobs, guides, seats, resurfacing, valve refacing, CNC mill work, CNC lathe work, TIG welding, etc. If it is related to a cylinder head or intake manifold, we can do it.
